Eric brings his over 40 years of playing live on the Southern California music scene to us now as Leon Wilkeson, bassist extraordinaire from the legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd band! Over the years Eric has been in several tribute bands in many different genres. 

Now Eric brings that experience, talent, and knowledge to “Lyvyn’ Skynyrd”. He brings the true essence of the incredible music created by Lynyrd Skynyrd to the group’s fans and audiences. Some of the many tribute bands Eric has been a part of are as follows: Queensryche, Jethro Tull, Simon and Garfunkel, The Rolling Stones, Patsy Cline, Gene Krupa, Elvis Presley. He has toured with show bands on land and at sea working side by side with stars such as Maxine & Patti Andrews, Harry Babbitt, Jimmy Rogers, The Ink Spots, Shirley Jones, Ben Vereen, Richard Carpenter, and many others. He plays all of the very creative bass parts, which Leon played effortlessly, as though they are his own.
